A download link for your order will be provided on the order confirmation page after checkout is complete. You will also receive a download link to the email address specified at checkout
Generally this means either the email address entered at checkout was invalid (usually a typo) or the email ended up in your junk/spam filter. We’ll gladly correct your order details and re-send the download link if you contact us.
Some downloads include several manuals packaged into a ZIP file. Some devices may a free app to open/view the contents. Generally any of the well-known zip file apps will work, including iZip and WinZip.
Your download link will not expire, however we limit the number of download attempts to prevent abuse. We highly recommend saving downloaded files to cloud storage or a USB flash drive for long term viewing/backup.
We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Please note that all PayPal payments are manually reviewed and processed, generally within a few hours.
Selecting PayPal at checkout does not complete the order. We will follow up with a PayPal payment request to complete the order, generally within a few hours. If you need to access your order immediately, please choose debit/credit card payment, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout.
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on orders due to the downloadable nature of the product. We will gladly correct any problems with your order in a timely manner.
